EM2 Housing is able to negotiate rebates for each event that results in additional revenue for the event. We aim to get you your money faster so we require all rebates paid within 90 days of each event. Our dedicated accounting staff follows up with hotels on a weekly basis and assesses late penalties for all overdue invoices.
Each contract has a lowest rate guarantee clause to ensure that your attendees are receiving the best rate available. In turn, more attendees stay within the hotel blocks which generates more rebate revenue for the event.
We continue to provide benefits to you by running detailed pick up history for each event which leads to lower facility costs for the event by developing history of how many people your event brings into the area. Our staff handles all of the work which allows the event staff to be work more efficient on the actual event.
